Security Certificate Installation in Firefox

Firefox has a certificate management system separate from the operating system's certificate store. To ensure Firefox works correctly when filtered, please follow the steps below.

Windows and macOS Devices

• The certificate installer for Windows and macOS will automatically configure Firefox to trust the operating system certificate store. If Firefox is displaying security errors, please run the certificate installer for your operating system and restart Firefox.

iOS Devices

• Firefox for iOS automatically trusts certificates installed in the device operating system. If needed, please follow the installation instructions for adding certificates on iOS.

Android Devices

• Firefox for Android does not currently support custom certificates. Please use a different browser.
